| In order to submit an experiment
to the Lung Microarray Database you must first place your data files on
www.lungmicroarray.org. Please read the following instructions in order to
learn how to do this.
Batch data submission should only be used when you have many
experiments to upload. If you have less than 10 I would suggest using
single experiment
submission. |

|
From the main screen click:
Experiments and Results (feel free to click on the picture for a larger version) |
|
|
| You will see this screen. Select
you Organism and press:
Enter Experiment(s) into SMD Select Yes to submit in
batch. |
|
|
| In your incoming directory
on www.lungmicroarray.org you must now have a file that describes all the experiments that
you are submitting. Please read the tutorial on
submitting individual experiments so
that you know how to correctly name submission fields.
Now that you have that down, you are ready to write your batch submission
file.
Here is a sample file. |
|
|
| LMD will check the file before it
queues the experiments. Remember, many experiments will
take a while to process. |
|
|
| |
|
|
| Watch the query window for
completion. |
