Lung MicroArray Database
The LMD is a MIAME compliant microarray data warehouse based on Stanford Microarray Database and Longhorn Array Database, and was modified to accommodate our own arrays. LMD stores raw data, processed data, and image files. LMD also has data analysis functions such as gene search, data normalization and visualization etc. Currently, LMD primarily stores microarray data related to lung biology collected by the Lung Biology and Toxicology Laboratory. It will expand to meet the need of other researchers in this field (for suggestions, contact Dr. Lin Liu, liulin@okstate.edu). We hope that LMD will provide a site for lung community to search their favor genes and perform data mining from the high throughput microarray experiments. This site also contains a link to published papers on lung microarray.
